Job Description
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Review and file payroll documents
- Participate in quarterly and annual audit
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 1-3yrs of experienced
- Must be graduated of BS Accountancy
- With CPA Licensed is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable;
- Knowledgeable in check preparation;
- Willing to work long hours
- Must have 1 - 2 yrs experience in the same field
- Can work multitasking and with minimal supervision
- With knowledge about Philippine Tax
- Must have knowledge in Payroll
- With knowledge in Microsoft Excel
