Job Description
- Reviews and evaluates the monthly sales performance of public utility vehicle, bus projects, and government accounts.
- Develops strategies in increasing sales of Isuzu public utility vehicle and buses in all dealerships.
- Oversees the stock availability and allocation of units and monthly ordering of units from Japan.
- Prepares the annual budget proposal of the team and monitors utilization of the approved budget.
- Reviews the summary of claims submitted by dealers and evaluates the fleet wholesale price confirmation.
- Leads a team in the implementation of proposed strategic activities and provides constructive performance evaluation of each team member.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Management or related course.
- With at least 12 years of sales administration experience; experience in the sales operations in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- With at least 5 years leadership experience.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen.
- Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
