Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates the submitted technical evaluation report of dealers and provides assessment on warrant claim validity.
  • Provides technical assistance to reported customer complaints.
  • Prepares technical repots on service evaluation, field parts, service bulletin, and other technical information reports.
  • Monitors and reports aftersales field quality issues and recommends countermeasures.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

  • A licensed Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
  • With at least 3 years if experience on technical evaluation of automotive vehicles.
  • Knowledgeable in workshop manual wiring diagram and engine management.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • With valid driver's license.
  • Willing to wok on-site in Binan, Laguna.
