- Plans and implements sales strategies and other sales related programs in coordination with the Branch Manager to meet the Sales group’s monthly objectives.
- Monitors performance of Sales Executives vis-a-vis the quota.
- Supervises the training of new Sales Executives.
- Evaluates and does periodic checks on the Sales Executives overall performance.
- Performs other responsibilities assigned by the Branch Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Business related course
- At least 7 years of working experience in Sales.
- At least 3 years experience in supervisory / team lead role
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaue City.
