Marketing Officer  

• Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to provide direction and drive the sales, service and customer programs of the dealership.
• Responsible for customer database management and analytics
• Oversees all marketing and promotional activities of Isuzu Cebu Inc (across branches).
• Leads the study and development of automotive related business opportunities beyond current dealer operations and coverage

Role

• Develops annual/periodic marketing plans in coordination with the operating units for execution.
• Conducts market programs to include market sizing, dimensioning, communication and brand building, competitor updates/data analysis, market segmentation to identify market requirements for current and future needs
• Recommends and implements marketing plans and strategies together with the operating units (Sales, Service and Parts).
• Employs effective marketing campaigns through various communication channels (media, print/digital ads, AGC network)
• Oversees the administration, analysis and utilization of the dealership’s database of customers and market information
• Liaises and coordinates with the concerned Teams of the Distributor, e.g. Marketing and Sales

• At least 7-years experience in Marketing, 3 of which is in supervisory / AM level
• Strong understanding of the business/operations, customer requirements and market dynamics; preferably with automotive work experience
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and activities
• Business development mindset
