Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of all sales on the cash/check/credit and corresponding collections of all the daily sales; on account sales on all the products and services.
- Weekly sending of all the statement of accounts to receivables for sold on account items and services and follow up for collections
- Daily monitoring of all the inventory movements by all the branches and stations to ensure control and free of vacancies.
- Conduct regular and periodic spot-checking of inventories and fixed assets
- Post and record all of the sales and collection transactions in companies computerized on accounting system.
Minimum Qualifications
To apply, you must:
- Be an Accounting/Management Accounting Graduate
- Have 1-year experience is an advantage; Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Be able to handle pressure well and can do multitask
- Be self-motivated and with good working attitude
- Be passionate about creating a positive working environment
- Love ideals of teamwork, excellence, innovation, trust and respect
- Be willing to work in Mandaue City
