- Establish and maintain high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
- Consistently meets or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
- Close prospective clients using working knowledge.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and refer the service.
- Handle inquiries with regard to product, pricing order expediting, customer relations and complaints.
- Handle all incoming phone calls with courtest and professionalism.
- Ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks.
- Responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately and timely.
- Acquire product line knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has at least 6-months of BPO experience;
- Experience as sales representative, B2B or B2C is a plus;
- Customer service oriented;
- Hava excellent skills in selling;
- Very good English communication skills;
- Flexible with schedule;
- Amenable to work in Ortigas.
