- Drive sales through cold and warm leads
- Research various contacts of qualified businesses
- Generate valuable sales leads
- Consistently meet and/or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity goals
- Handles call with courtesy and professionalism
- Validate and authenticate if customer details are accurate and right
- Any other tasks or requirements that may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- At least six (6) months experience in BPO industry
- Good communication skills (written and verbally)
- Multi tasking skills
- Follow script compliance
- Telemarketing and telephone etiquette
- Demonstrate sales probing skills
