Job Description
- Answer calls and reply to emails
- Manage customer queries both telephone and email
- Verify Reservations via online or by contacting the hotels
- Validate transaction and change the ownership to the new buyer’s name
- Handle and settle customer complaints
- Give customers with product and service information
- Refresh customer data into system
- Acknowledge and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls when needed
- Record all call information according to official working systems
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are urged to apply
- Undergraduates are also welcome to apply.
- Experience in CSR, especially in hotel reservations/bookings, is required
- Good listening, communication and comprehension skills
- Start date: ASAP
- Work Schedule: Shifting
- Work Place: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
