Job Description
- Reviews content escalations to ensure they are routed to the most appropriate person and/or department.
- Understands the sites Guidelines and Terms of Use.
- Ensures moderation times are consistent with department requirements.
- Ensures staffing levels and productivity are adequate.
- Monitors pending queue counts and reassigns work as needed.
- Measures employee efficiency on a consistent basis.
- Communicates effectively with customer support team in various countries including our headquarters in Las Vegas, NV, USA.
- Trains new employees effectively.
- Strives to improve efficiency of moderation system through suggestions and documentation of bug fix requests.
- Leads by setting an example for other team members to follow.
- Ensures a positive work environment is obtained, regularly uplifts others’ knowledge and abilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience (TL, Shift Lead, OIC, Supervisor).
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Has all of Junior Content Moderators skills mastered.
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule.
- Amenable to work in Ortigas.
- Can start ASAP.
