Job Description
- Ensures day-to-day operation and productivity of the team being supervised.
- Monitors and analyzes team's performance and output.
- Facilitates performance planning, reviewing, and developing of team members.
- Proofreads, edits, and re-writes profiles for:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Punctuation
- Readability
- Creates proofreading profiles to detail the spelling & grammar errors and corrections.
- Emails reports to clients.
- Determines fraudulent profile accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Communication Arts, or any related field.
- 2 years of experience in creative writing, web content writing, blogging, or news writing.
- Able to do the following:
- Show strong leadership qualities.
- Handle and collaborate with a team.
- Excellent good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Amenable to work:
- Full time/office based OR
- In shifting schedules
- Can start as soon as possible.
