Job Description
- Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of our Internal Openings.
- Perform HR functions in general.
- Perform other related tasks assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course.
- Graduate of non-related course will be entertained, provided that the candidate has at least 1 year of recruitment experience and willing to perform HR functions.
- Strong sourcing skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with different platforms used in sourcing/recruiting.
- Amenable to work in Ortigas.
- Can start ASAP.
