Job Description
- Read through, review, and look into Australian based IT issues and prepare a report each morning by a deadline time and distribute to an email list.
- Using an online IT issue ticketing system, create new tickets and review current tickets where necessary.
- If instructed to by US based IT department, monitor, drill down into, and perform some problem solving IT issues regarding the Australian audio and video capture network.
- Following a daily schedule, actively check the quality of each radio and to television station being recorded and following the procedure if any quality issues are identified.
