Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and support for queries and issues and resolve problems to the customer’s satisfaction
Take ownership of each customer while empathizing and prioritizing customer needs
Resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations
Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through relationship building
Provide professional customer service skills such as positive language, communication skills, problem solving skills, flexibility and obsessive attention to detail
Requirements:
18 years old and above
At least 6 months’ call center experience
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree
Good English communication skills
Must be willing to work on shifts
Must be willing to be assigned in Taguig
