At least 1 year work experience in customer service in a banking or remittance industry, preferred but not required.
Good typing skills and precise output.
Highly knowledgeable in MS Office (Word and Excel).
Good oral and written communication skills.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Willing to work in Pasig City.
