Job Description
The Deputy Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering all aspects of the compliance management program relating to laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations that the Company is subject to or may be subjected to including all subsequent amendments. He/She is also responsible for providing advice to the Board of Directors on all aspects of regulatory compliance to ensure that the Company meets its obligations under the law.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
