Job Description

DAILY

AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND AGENT TRANSACTION

  • Retrieve transaction via email
  • Encode pertinent details indicated in the transmittal from the foreign tie-ups and through email to meet the cut-off period
  • Update remittance information provided by the foreign offices and tie ups.
  • Update un-encoded/un-released file.
  • Prepare Daily Tabulation Reports of encoded transactions and send it to the respective recipients.

AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND EMAIL TRANSACTIONS

  • Retrieve transaction from INFOCOM
  • Encode pertinent details indicated in the transmittal through email to meet the cut-off period
  • Send a confirmation to client if transaction is successful or for verification.
  • Update un-encoded/un-released file.
  • Prepare Daily Tabulation Reports of encoded transactions and send it to the respective recipients.

CANADA EMAIL & SELF ENCODING AGENT TRANSACTIONS

  • Retrieve transaction via email
  • Encode pertinent details indicated in the transmittal from the foreign tie-ups and through email to meet the cut-off period
  • Update remittance information provided by the foreign offices and tie ups.
  • Update un-encoded/un-released file.
  • Prepare Daily Tabulation Reports of encoded transactions and send it to the respective recipients.

UK (NON & SELF ENCODING AGENT TRANSACTIONS)

  • Retrieve transaction via email
  • Encode pertinent details indicated in the transmittal from the foreign tie-ups and through email to meet the cut-off period
  • Update remittance information provided by the foreign offices and tie ups.
  • Update un-encoded/un-released file.
  • Prepare Daily Tabulation Reports of encoded transactions and send it to the respective recipients.

UK (PHONE-IN/ON-LINE & TEXT REMITTANCE TRANSACTIONS)

  • Retrieve transaction via INFOCOM ACCOUNT
  • Encode pertinent details indicated in the transmittal through email to meet the cut-off period
  • Update remittance information provided.
  • Acknowledge by sending receipt to client (text transaction)
  • Assist client with their inquiries and concerns (text transaction)
  • Update the client RIF in the system
  • Update un-encoded/un-released file.
  • Prepare Daily Tabulation Reports of encoded transactions and send it to the respective recipients.

DOMKT2 / 3 / 4 / DOMSNF/ DOMKTG TRANSACTIONS

  • Attend walk-in clients (check details provided / received payment / photocopy support documents)
  • Encode pertinent details indicated in the transmittal
  • Re-compute amount conversion for DOMKT4 transaction
  • Edit / arrange data provided by shipping company to the standard template for uploading.
  • Recording of AO transactions thru FILEZILLA

MONTHLY

  • Prepare and send the Monthly Volume Report of encoded transactions.
  • Filing of Tabulation Reports of Encoded Transactions.
  • Conduct and participate in the Departmental Meeting.

ANNUALLY

  • Prepare Yearly Volume Report.

INTERMITTENT

  • Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least two(2)- three(3) work experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or remittance industry
  • Willing to learn new things step by step and take it as a challenge.
  • Has training in Phone etiquette and business writing are recommended
