About Content Creator Community:
The community of STEM educators and experts contribute daily to our growing content library. The Community Coordinators are responsible to organize assignments and also engagement activities of our STEM Content Creators. Responsibilities include:
* Manage onboarding, assigning, coaching and training for Content Creators
* Plan and execute developmental and engagement activities to improve Content Creators’ quality of output
* Coordinate coaching sessions with Content Creators to increase content quality
* Building community of Content Creators that are fully engaged with the Company’s mission
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of Partner Success/Customer Service and Community Management experience
* University Graduate, STEM/Education field is preferred
* Familiarity with Math Curriculum is a great asset
* Able to collaboratively solve Partners’ problems on the spot
