About Smartcenter Manager
Delivering quality and engaging education in scale requires excellent execution and leadership of all our Centre Managers. We are looking for A+ players having the ability to get it done. You will:
- Be responsible for the P&L of the center and ensuring that children realize significant improvement in grades while enjoying their time at IQ.
- Manage and lead Center’s team to ensure all center operations run effectively and services to students and parents delivered according to IQ’s standards.
- Lead continuous improvement of all aspects of the Centre including educational delivery through developing and coaching team members.
- Ensure customer satisfaction of parents and students and also cleanliness of the Centre.
A potential match must have both managerial and leadership to enhance operational excellence in the delivery of quality education for kids.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3-5 year of working experience in managing service operation in center/branch level
- Bachelor Degree in any field preferred
- Proven record (with examples) in process improvement
- Team management experience is an asset
- Experience Teaching or work experience in the Education field is an asset
