Job Description
About IQ Frontliners
IQ Frontliners are integral in making parents and children feel welcome. They ensure the Centre is well taken care of and customers will be helped daily. As IQ Frontliners, you will be:
- Assisting students when they are on the IQ Smart center premise, directing to Class or Learning Area.
- Opening/closing Centers, keeping the Center neat and clean during opening hours
- Provide relevant information to parents and prospective parents including conducting a tour to the Centre
- Responsible for parents and students satisfaction of the Center
A potential match must have passion in dealing with children and communicating with people to continually improve the operational service.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Have at least 2 years experience in service industry or similar position
- Great Communication Skills and like interacting with Customers
- Willing to do a little cleaning
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma preferred
- Enjoy working with children

- Energy / Sense of Humor
- Comfortable with English Language
- Great with Children - Teacherly
- Be Gritty and willing to work hard and smart to get the job done
