Job Description
- Perform and manage weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing for the US Payroll.
- Ensure accurate processing and recording of client’s payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information.
- Responsible for payroll preparation, tax reporting, directs the collection, calculation, entering of data, production and issuance of paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts.
- Performs data integrity tests and validation to ensure data accuracy
- Assist with internal/external payroll audits, agency inquiries, and employee inquiries.
- Manages the day-to-day operational relationship with outside payroll vendors.
- Measure, monitor and report on service levels and key performance indicators specific to the delivery of payroll services, and set customer expectations regarding payroll delivery capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Commerce, Finance, Business Management or related courses
- At least 5 years working experience as payroll specialist (US)
- Experienced in handling employee grievances and complaints
- Knowledge on ADP/AllPay is an advantage
- Solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws is also a must.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
