US Payroll Specialist  

• Perform and manage weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing for the US Payroll.
• Ensure accurate processing and recording of client’s payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information.
• Responsible for payroll preparation, tax reporting, directs the collection, calculation, entering of data, production and issuance of paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts.
• Performs data integrity tests and validation to ensure data accuracy
• Assist with internal/external payroll audits, agency inquiries, and employee inquiries.
• Manages the day-to-day operational relationship with outside payroll vendors.
• Measure, monitor and report on service levels and key performance indicators specific to the delivery of payroll services, and set customer expectations regarding payroll delivery capabilities.

• Graduate of Commerce, Finance, Business Management or related courses
• At least 5 years working experience as payroll specialist (US)
• Experienced in handling employee grievances and complaints
• Knowledge on ADP/AllPay is an advantage
• Solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws is also a must.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

• Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
