Quality Control Team Lead

Job Description

  • To check on errors committed by the processing team
  • To be an expert of the process and structure required by the client
  • To serve as a QA lead for all of the common error and come up with resolution on how to reduce the amount of errors
  • To provide training on grammar, sentence structure, basic English rules, tenses, etc.
  • To identify possible movement for team members to become part of the QA/QC team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications
  • Outstanding English communication skills in both reading and writing
  • Native or near-native speaker (English)
  • QA Experience is a plus
