Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Obtaining Client Requirements
- Defining Solution Scope
- Business Requirements Documents
- On time delivery of assignments
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management and Implementation of the project through all phases
- Understand client’s business and processes, and translate them into user requirements and technical specifications
- Handle and meet business requirement and goals, support project planning, execution, progress monitoring and issue escalations, due dates and budget.
- Develop and update operations documents
- Work closely with technical team to gain understanding of monitoring and functionalities
- Plan and execute account relationship, engage with stakeholders from different levels
- Provide pre-sales support, presentations and contribute to business development strategies
- Travel and meet with clients and vendors as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
Skills & Professional Experiences:
- Candidate must possess as least a Bachelor’s / College Degree
- At least five years of working experience in Project Management
- PMP certification is a plus; POMP experience preferred
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Experience as a project manager
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Proven leadership skills and expertise in conflict resolution
- Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
- Willing to start ASAP
