Finance Manager  

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.
• Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
• Providing and interpreting financial information
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
• Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
• Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
• Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• Managing budgets
• Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
• Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
• Overseeing the preparation of and presentation of financial reports
• Reviewing and implementing financial procedures to facilitate proper management of the business
• Managing admin and accounting staffs
• Other duties related to the post of Finance & Administration Manager as may be delegated

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Must be proficient in General Accounting, Payroll Accounting, Financial Statement, Analysis of Variance and Operating Expenses, Taxation, Local government and PEZA compliance
• Knowledgeable in QuickBooks or other Accounting systems
• Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Advance MS Excel skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
• Can start ASAP
