(French-speaking) Monitoring Center Supervisor  

Monitoring Center Supervisor is a crucial role for operations. As this individual aid operators in completion of escalations. At the same time he/she is also accountable for the personal development of personnel in the team.

French is necessary given a segment of the customer base are located in Montreal and Quebec Canada who primarily are French Speaking. In order to serve these customers better, it is imperative we can communicate with them with ease.

Escalation Owner:

• Accepts operator escalations
• Validates the escalations
• Handles the escalation based on customer standards
• Reports actions and decisions to the customer

Personnel Manager:

• As Supervisor working with a team of operators, it is important to identify improvemnt areas and challenges of each individual
• Work with personnel to improve through various means
  • Coaching/Re-training/Disciplinary Actions

The applicant is expected to have the following qualifications:

• Must posses atleast a bachelor's degree
• Required to be able to speak and write in both French and English
• It is a strong advantage if the applicant can speak Filipino as well
• Applicant is expected to have at least 3 years of work experience
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
