- Graduate of any business related course or equivalent;
- Candidate must have 2-years or more background in sales;
- Good communication skills written and verbal;
- Candidate must possess pleasing personality;

- Responsible for delivering revenue targets from an assigned SME Portfolio.
- Responsible to grow tier 1 portfolio of SME and ensures credit health of the portfolio by achieving cash flow and collection.
- Prepares daily and weekly itineraries based on client call targets, conducts daily visits as planned accomplishes sales call reports.
- Probe on SME client growth and expansion aspirations and identify needs that matches this to PLDT’s SME Product Portfolio.
- Presents product features, value proposition and Cost-benefit/ROI analysis to the client.
- Ensures coverage of assigned area in order to meet target penetration/acquisition targets by conducting cold calls to Business Owners.
