The hotel manager provides overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the hotel staffs in the absence of the owner/proprietor. They ensure that the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit and also aims to provide the highest quality in terms of standards and services especially to the guests. More importantly, they conduct monthly meetings with the hotel staffs to discuss issues, inventory monitoring, accounting and financial status, day-to-day operating routines, hiring and training new staffs, and new marketing strategies to be applied based on the business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any related 4-year management course
- Male or Female, must not be more than 35 years old
- Must have at least 2-4 years of working experience in the hotel industry
- With good leadership experience and interpersonal skills towards the guests and hotel staffs
- Experience in handling application-based programs for the hotel is a plus
- Willing to be assigned either in Puerto Princesa or El Nido
