The Finance and Administration Officer is responsible in overseeing financial operations of the company with our clients, merchants, and third-party payment processors. The Finance Officer will also be responsible to read and create reports, compute, and record financial transactions within the company. This role requires the applicant to be focused, accurate, and trustworthy to carry our the responsibilities of this job.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate with an Accounting or Financial program is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience with bookkeeping, cash handling, receivables, payables, and sales recording.
- Work experience in Finance or Accounting for more than 5 years is an advantage
- Experienced in Excel and Word.
- Committed to being part of our company of at least 1 year.
- Willing to do banking tasks.
- Willing to learn from the CEO and Treasurer.
- Willing to join a company with a start-up culture.
