- Works as an individual and as part of a team to provide customers with a complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience in order to maximize sales.
- Ensures that you have the most up-to-date product knowledge, that stock loss risk is minimized, and that the brand is represented to the required standard.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least College Level
- Presentable and high grooming standard
- Passion for customer service.
- Ability to carry out manual duties, stand for long periods of time, and lift light to medium loads.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have at least 1 year experience in customer service environment.
- Work experience in Fashion & Footwear industry is preferred
