Job Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Run the operational process of credit disbursement and payment and carry out verification procedures for all loans, including managing PDC for the credit payment process.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
- Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Make journal entries related Lender Account & daily reconciliation lender account
- Manage hiring process in term Plan-sourcing-selection-onboarding
- Manage related Office management function such as Working space, cleaning service, office supply (paper & working tools)
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in finance/accounting advisory firm;
- Budgeting & financial planning;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
