Job Description
- Understand and attend customers’ inquiries, requests, feedback, and suggestions
- Process customer requests (if within access)
- Provide an excellent service to all users
- Communicate/ coordinate with internal department to solve the users’ concerns
- Other administrative tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Financial Management or Economics student
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
