Job Description
- Render well researched legal opinion and provides recommendations to the management
- Ensure that the company and its subsidiaries/affiliates are in compliance with all relevant laws, rules and regulations enforced by different government agencies
- Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
- Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Signs pleadings and other legal documents
- Prepare contract, deeds and other corporate legal documents as requested
- Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings
- Represent Investagrams and its officers in all legal proceedings
- Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters
- Evaluate new business partnerships and subcontractors
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess current license to practice law
- Background in corporate law, securities law, investment and equities or worked for a FinTech company
- A minimum of 3 years work experience as a corporate lawyer.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Highly analytical with strong attention to details
- Willing to work in Makati Office-based every Tuesday-Thursday between 1-8PM
- Work-from-home every Monday and Friday
