Job Description
- Assists the Finance Supervisor/Manager on the preparation of accounting entries, compiling and analyzing account information and ensures that entries are correctly and properly posted in the accounting system
- Adheres to the established accounting system and processes and ensure standard compliance on a daily basis
- Assists on preperation of monthly and year-end closing of books in a timely manner
- Substantiates financial transactions by keeping proper and useful auditing documents
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls
- Maintains a historical record of the company by safekeeping both physical documents
- Complies with government or legal requirements and compliance
- Make financial reports for Investagrams and its business units
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any accounting or finance related courses
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Finance experience in a technology or fintech company is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills; good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; high organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting principles
- Proven integrity in dealing with internal and external contracts and in implementing company data privacy
- Detail -oriented, data-driven, professional attitude and reliable
- Independent and can adapt to fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and eagerness to meet the challenges of a start-up organization
- Passion for startups and financial inclusion
