Job Description
- Interact with suppliers on a daily basis to resolve transactional issues and gather critical information invoices, tracking info, tax documents etc.
- Responsible for appropriate supplier selection/bidding processes for selected purchase requests, suppliers and contract pricing validation for all purchase requests under category management responsibility
- Manage projects to improve procurement processes
- Responsible for supplier communication to resolve transactional issues
- Resolve invoice price and terms discrepancies to enable order processing
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must have good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Personable, Flexible, trainable and can work with minimum supervision
- Responsible, self -motivated, smart and friendly
- Mandarin speaking is required; with pleasing personality
