Job Description
- Oversees and manages every aspect of the purchasing of equipment, materials, and products in the company
- Purchases and manages inventory
- Engages in a number of negotiations with vendors and suppliers
- Maintains client relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Follows up purchasing schedule and clear daily job
- Tracks supplier quality improvement and the degree of timely delivery
- Regularly reports to team leader or supervisor
- Peforms the work assigned by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Highly organized, systematic, can work with minimum supervision
- Advance knowledge in office software (excel, PPT, word etc) and documentary skills
- Good in record keeping as this will help with the process of managing the inventory
- Understand the specifications of material in charge, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the order
- Keen to details
- With excellent customer service, interpersonal,communication and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- Mandarin speaking is required
