Job Description
- Handling all inbound calls/chat/emails pertaining to customer general inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
- Provide service or product information, solutions and relevant details to customers
- Provide professional and clear answers to customer's requests
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Provide accurate information related to customer accounts
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months working experience
- Fluent in English is a must
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
