Job Description
- Assist the department and all its administrative activities.
- Document and coordinate between teams of different cultures.
- Handle interdepartmental communication.
- Act as POC for external and internal clients
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Develop and maintain filing system
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the Supervisors
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably with admin experiences.
- Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Personable, flexible, trainable, and can work with minimum supervision.
- Mandarin speaking is required.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Pleasing personality.
- Willing to relocate outside NCR
