Job Description
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, work plan with MRD、PRD, arrange for audits and UI/UX
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance and market responses to identify areas for improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 3 years of project management and related experience
- OSS, BSS, ERP, CRM, DCIM experience preferred
- Familiar with web application systems, keen in market changes and user demands
- Strong familiarity with web and mobile system design, developer experiences preferred.
- Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills, sensitive to data analysis, attention to detail and result oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
