Job Description
- Handle Teller issue or relation problem
- Prepares the bi-monthly attendance record of staffs for payroll
- Encoding the monthly evaluations of team members
- Incharge of the planning and execution of team gathering (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc)
- Will handle and prepare all document related to HR
- Perform other function that may assign from time to time
- Will be responsible for handling clerical tasks for the team. Will be handling related inquiries of the employees, managing files, updating paperwork and other documents.
- Maintaining supply inventory
Minimum Qualifications
- Team Player and keen to details
- At least 2 years of working experience in the said field
- Must have good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- With pleasing personality
- Should have experience in handling events and gathering
- Willing to be assigned in the different task from time to time
