Job Description
- The HR Generalist is expected to assist in the daily operations of the HR team, including recruitment, compensation & benefits and employee relations and payroll
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Providing clerical and administrative support to HR
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
- Preparation of government agencies reportorial requirements and payments (e.g. SSS, Philhealth, BIR, and Pag-Ibig)
- Will handle preparing company ID and Certificates for the employees
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Human Resources or Psychology
- Team Player and keen to details
- At least 3 years of working experience in the said field
- Must have good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Willing to do field works if needed
- Willing to be assigned in the different task from time to time
- With basic knowledge on photoshop is a plus
