Job Description
- Report directly to the President of the organization.
- Assist in coordinating between top management and staff, accompany the President in high-level meetings to take minutes, draft business correspondences, arrange appointments, liaise with board members, file and track corporate documents, and other administrative tasks assigned by the President.
- Serve as the point person for managing and marketing the school’s facilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Willing to be based in SBMA (Subic Bay Metropolitan Area), Olongapo City
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in office software programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Google Drive)
- Skilled at business writing
- Able to liaise with top management
- Flexibility and openness to new tasks
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course or equivalent
