Job Description
- Assist inbound calls;
- Assist in encoding and updating of cash and check payments log book;
- Aid in follow-up payment of due accounts;
- Record and organize active files (office documents);
- Record Delivery Receipt (DR) to its respective Collection Jackets;
- Assist in issuing if receipts (AR/CR) for pickup items;
- Assist in counter-checking of monitoring for DR returns;
- Conduct credit investigation on new clients; and
- Perform other tasks that may be asked by the immediate superior
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently taking a Bachelor’s/ College on Accountancy or Business Administrative Major in Finance or equivalent ;
- Good interpersonal and customer relation skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong Business Acumen, focused and results oriented;
