Job Description
OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES | URGENT
Responsible for administrative and sales support to assigned Channel Account Manager and In-House Accounts to achieve repeat sales. Ensure effective implementation of all sales & marketing promotions, programs and the prompt resolution of issues affecting key accounts. He/she will also be doing telemarketing and company presentation.
Essential Job Function:
- Provide administrative and sales support to assigned Channel Account Manager and its clients and In-House Sales management.
- Analyzes customer's needs and recommends requirements that best meets customer's requirements
- Do telemarketing activities for assigned accounts
- Continuously improving relationship with assigned accounts through close and regular face to face interaction and phone calls.
- Ensure constant communication with all assigned accounts (updated price list, promotions etc.). 100% coverage of managed Business Partners is expected.
- Prepares quotation/proposal, sales orders/invoices and other tasks assigned by the CAM and or supervisor.
- Submits all required reports
- Consults with systems engineers on highly technical problems
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate preferably with course related to marketing, sales or IT
- Good oral and written communication
- Good customer and interpersonal skills
