Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for administrative and sales support to assigned Channel Account Manager and In-House Accounts to achieve repeat sales. Ensure effective implementation of all sales & marketing promotions, programs and the prompt resolution of issues affecting key accounts. He/she will also be doing telemarketing and company presentation
Essential Job Function:
- Provide administrative and sales support to assigned areas/clients and its clients and In-House Sales management.
- Regular client / branch visits
- Do telemarketing activities for assigned accounts
- Ensure constant communication with all assigned accounts (updated price list, promotions etc.). 100% coverage of managed Business Partners is expected.
- Coordinate with Product Management Group on training, promos, and selling activities
- Prepares quotation/proposal, sales orders/invoices and other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Consults with systems engineers on highly technical problems
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management
Minimum Qualifications
Job specifications:
- College graduate preferably with course related to Business Management or IT related course.
- Open for fresh graduate
- Good oral and written communication
- Good customer and interpersonal skill
