Job Description
- Schedule interview of applicatns
- Collect and secures pre-Employment requirements and other Necessary documents of employees in 201 files.
- sorts incoming resumes and logs them into approriate tracking spreadsheets
- Supports in administration procedures and Documents.
- Collects, sorts, batches, alphabetizes, codes, and/or places in numerical order various documents for filing, storage, or processing;
- Assist inbound/outbound calls;
- Performs other tasks that may be asked by the immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently taking a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psycology or other related discipline;
- Good inter-personal and customer relation skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong Business Acumen, focused and results oriented;
- Strong Presentation Skills, a winning attitude and strong work ethic;
- Excellent Teamwork skills, Creative, pro-active, resourceful, self-motivated and independent; and
- Must Uphold CORE values of IMVI (Teamwork, Integrity, Customer Focus and Excellence).
