Online Brand Assistant | Social Media & Blogsite Management  

We are seeking an Online Brand Assistant for social media and blog site management. The person we are looking for will assist an online marketing team to develop strong online sales strategies and develop hard hitting, focussed marketing programs.

As an Online Brand Assistant you will have the chance to:

• Promote and sell our many international brands, and be able to help develop new brands and marketing strategies
• Learn more about SEO as the Brand Management Unit works closely with our SEO Strategy Unit
• Expand your network by working with a multi-cultural group of employees worldwide
• Develop your marketing, advertising, and brand management skills
• Work with professionals both in our local and global teams

Responsibilities:

• Execute digital marketing plans and programs to drive traffic and convert sales
• Scope out project requirements to develop creative and meaningful social media posts and blog entries
• Assist in the preparation of brand presentations
• Assist in developing promotional materials for brands or categories
• Work with managers and team members to build the image and presence of brands online by designing, setting up, and maintaining blog sites and social media accounts of multiple brands and categories
• Measure and report online brand performance
• Participate in sales analysis and provide recommendations and action plans to achieve goals

To sum up, we are looking for a highly intelligent, motivated person who understands advertising and the concept of selling online brands. We are looking for a person who can express thoughts in fluent, advanced English with a good vocabulary. We are looking for someone who has knowledge of marketing and advertising history, and who has a good world view. We want a person who enjoys marketing and who knows what makes a product sell.

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak and write in fluent English, and express oneself clearly and concisely
• Must have a college degree in Advertising, Communication, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or equivalent
• At least one year of working experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply as long as you have vast knowledge about marketing, advertising, and/or branding
• Must have knowledge on and/or experience in online marketing, social media management, blogsite management, copywriting, content writing, basic SEO techniques, and promoting brands to an international audience
• Must have excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
• Must be both creative and analytical
• Must be passionate about writing and/or marketing
• Must be able to work independently and with a team
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas Pasig City

Not required but preferred:

• Basic Photoshop, HTML, video editing, and Wordpress page setup skills
• Knowledge and experience in handling multiple brands
