Job Description
- Meeting with the executive, attorneys, and other professionals to talk about case details.
- Preparing briefs, wills, contracts, real estate closing statements, pleadings, appeals, and other legal documents
- Gathering and analyzing statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, documents and other data
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Can maintain confidentiality of records, cases, documents, etc
