Job Description
- Manages appointments / calendar of the executive
- Do researches for the executive
- Manages databases and filing systems
- Other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good research skills
- Computer literate
- Can work under minimal supervision
- At least 3 years working experience of being an executive assistant is required for this position
