Job Description
- Handles local and long distance telephone calls and inquiries
- Connects calls to respective department and/or person
- Receives and dispatches correspondences, packages, and other written memorandum to respective department and/or person
- Greets and directs visitors to respective department and/or person
- Takes note of arriving and departing visitors, officers, and co employees
- Disseminates urgent and impromptu announcements/messages using the P/A system
- In-charge of front desk message bulletin
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- Must have at least 1 year experience in operating key telephone system
- Must be proficient in both oral and written communication
- Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization
