Job Description
He/She will be providing assistance to Human Resources by being in-charge of the following:
- DOLE compliance forms/certifications (including monitoring of contracts and other details related to company physician and new OSH Law);
- updating of Work Instructions, Job Descriptions, Performance Appraisal Forms
- proper documentations related to IEEFI
- preparation of philanthropic / CSR reports, monthly masses (including Christmas party and anniversary party masses); sportsfest
- monitoring of disciplinary cases, doing minutes of the meeting for LMC and CBA
- Performs other HR related tasks for compensation & benefits team that may be assigned from time to time (such as but not limited to review/research of compensation and benefits, hospital/home visit due to illness or accidents of employees, prepare documentations for CBA negotiation (as the need arises)
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any business course
- Must be knowledgeable in using Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferably with good communication skills, analytical skills and positive attitude
